Welcome! My name is Joanna, and my mission is to guide you through life’s challenges with empathy and professional expertise. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), I offer a compassionate and safe space to address and explore your mental, emotional, psychological, and interpersonal struggles.

One of my greatest passions is assisting individuals with overcoming obstacles and achieving mental wellness and self-confidence.

With years of experience, I appreciate that the same situation can evoke different emotions in different people, who then react and think differently. Hence, I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs, helping you gain insight into your thought processes, emotions, and behaviours. This understanding can promote positive changes and enhance your overall well-being.

I provide online therapy to clients from the comfort of their own homes, whether they are traveling or working abroad.
